16th International Cognitive Linguistics Conference
The 16th International Cognitive Linguistics Conference (ICLC16) is going to take place at the University of Düsseldorf, Germany. ICLC is the biennial meeting of the International Cognitive Linguistics Association (ICLA). It is the first ICLC in more than 30 years to be held in Germany, not far away from Duisburg, where the very first ICLC took place in 1989. It is also the first ICLC after a four-year hiatus due to Covid. Despite the remaining uncertainties about the further development of the pandemic and other crises, we hope that we will be able to welcome the Cognitive Linguistics community in person in the beautiful city of Düsseldorf.
